Terms and conditions of use, returns and cancellations may be altered / amended at any time without notice by Vertical Blind Spares
PRIVACY
Any personal information supplied by you will never be shared with any other 3rd parties. We will only contact you by email with confirmation of your order and by telephone if there is some specific data missing from within your order. We will not contact you by email for promotional offers.
RETURNS
On Vertical Blind Spares. We will accept returns if you feel our products are not fit for the purpose. Only after initial inspection of the returned product will your replacement be made.
Your refund will be the amount you paid less any commissions charged by paypal, or similar payment options. Bank Transfers and check payments are unaffected by these charges.
We do not accept returns for goods that "Do Not Fit Correctly" due to the measurements you provided. We will not consider goods to be not fit for actual purpose if you supplied us with the incorrect measurements. Made to Measure Items cannot be resold by ourselves and why it is so very important to give us your right measurements so we cut to size.
When we accept Blind Parts Returns Outside of the European Union. You will be required to pay postage for the return and subsequent re-shipping of any return. This will apply to all non EU customers, even when there is / was an offer of "Free Shipping" pertaining to an original order. We will not return / replace any goods to you until such payment has been made and if necessary cleared.
CANCELLATIONS
By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree that production on your made to measure product can start before the end of the 7 day cooling off period. (personalised goods ) This gives up your right to cancel
We do ask and point out that cancellations should be made to us within 24 hours of ordering. As we supply made to measure goods failure to cancel within this time may result in charges incurred during the manufacture of your Vertical Blind Slats or Vertical Blind Headrail.
Made to Measure Replacement Vertical Blind Slats and Blind Headrails
We will not refund / replace any slats or head rail if after ordering (see Cancellations ) you decide that you "don't like the colour" you have chosen and ordered. The colours represented on the website are actual photographs of the fabrics, textures and shades which may be affected when you view by your monitor, its resolution and other related factors.
When Free Delivery is offered on our website with any Vertical Blind Spares, this does not apply to returns or subsequent replacements. You being the customer pay for the return and replacement of the said product. This also applies to orders placed with us from outside the European Union with replacement and returns of Blind Parts.
